4TEC Integration launches a new company “E4 Acoustical Treatment and Insulation”

The new company at 4TEC, “E4 Acoustical Treatment and Insulation”, has researched and compiled a complete line of treatments for acoustics, sound masking and insulation for healthier buildings. The Mission Statement of the new business is based on the name E4: “Creating Efficient, Ecological and Effective Environments”

The goal of the company is to research and select the best products for buildings using the above four E’s of acoustics and insulation. In following these guidelines for selection another manufacturer has been selected and added to the resources at E4 “Demilec Foam spray”. The SEALECTION^TM 500 product is far superior to all of the competition in many categories: R value, Sound absorption, Seal, fire specifications and ease of application. The one reason for selecting SEALECTION^TM 500 foam over all of the rest was the well documented code compliance testing and capabilities to meet every code needed in the USA for installation in commercial and residential buildings. In treating buildings for noise, sound and thermal conditions E4 also provides the sound masking solutions to improve privacy and productivity in crowded open space offices and other critical spaces.

The Cambridge Sound Management sound masking solution is one of the selected products carried over from the 4TEC Integration product line up into E4. Cambridge has developed a small transmitter direct delivery system for offices with open and suspended ceilings. The system is very energy efficient and offers several benefits: Quiet technology for very quiet masking, easy installation to reduce the labor cost and time needed for installation and a small surface fixture size to fit easily around other ceiling fixtures.
